I am a former consultant coming from the Bay Area! I spent most of my time pre-Fuqua in Financial Services consulting at KPMG. I am looking to pivot into tech strategy or general management roles to utilize what I learned in consulting in an industry role, primarily looking at roles to return back to California. Outside of school, I play competitive ultimate frisbee, and play with a local travel team called Raleigh-Durham United, and we are nationally ranked within the top 15.
I am passionate about the intersection of government and business, particularly in the realm of sustainable economic development. At the University of Alabama, I earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and a Master of Public Administration. The MMS program at Duke Fuqua has further broadened my understanding of the business side of that equation, enhancing my skills in areas like accounting, finance, and economics.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke as a part of the class of 2024 I knew I had more to learn! I was not ready to leave Durham and with that, I decided to pursue my MMS degree at Fuqua so that I could learn practical business skills while being in a team environment. Being a part of the Fuqua community is special, and through sharing my experiences, I hope to meaningfully show prospective students all the incredible opportunities the school has to offer.
