Code of Conduct

At Duke Executive Education, part of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, our culture is built upon our shared values of respect, trust, inclusion, and discovery. These are more than aspirations. Our values drive our conduct and inform how we engage with one another. They are expectations by which we hold ourselves, our colleagues, and participants accountable.

Duke Executive Education respects the rights of every participant, staff, and faculty to experience a safe, professional, and effective learning environment. When setting foot on campus, or joining us virtually, individuals will be embraced as part of a community that measures excellence through embodiment of our shared values. At the Fuqua School of Business and Duke Executive Education, we recognize that innovation and progress are best realized through harnessing diversity in all its forms, and that path is paved with mutual respect and trust.

Participants in our programs are expected to demonstrate these shared values by adhering to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and overall ethical conduct, to foster an environment of inclusion, honor, trust, and respect. Duke Executive Education participants are also expected to comply with Duke University’s Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the current program (with no refund of fees) and any future programs.
