Four decades in the military that ended with a four-year spell as the most senior military officer in the United States taught Martin Dempsey a thing or two about managing change.
"The way transitions become manageable is if they're done with a moral compass," Dempsey told Dean Bill Boulding. "You've got to have a moral compass."
