Olu Ogunnaike

“I am a much more holistic leader than I was before starting the program. The program is akin to learning new languages. I am now more conversant in various other business languages, for example, in talent management, operations, business, and marketing strategy, than l was before starting the program."

Reflections
The relationships and memories you build with members of the Fuqua network are long-lasting. As an example, when the child of a colleague at work was diagnosed with a debilitating neurological ailment, I was able to connect the family with a friend from the Fuqua network that I had met during our residencies, a pediatric neurologist. She reviewed their case and immediately referred the family to one of the few specialists in the country with knowledge of the ailment. This referral helped the family get the needed attention and medical help, and my colleague’s child is now much better and on a path to full recovery thanks to the power of the Fuqua network.
Before Fuqua
I currently serve as a partner in our consulting practice, helping clients de-risk transformation programs and initiatives. I focus on internal controls, regulatory compliance, and other emerging risk topics.
After Fuqua
I still plan to continue to lead our consulting practice but with broader responsibilities around our risk solutions go-to-market strategy.
