Bio
Udayan Vaidya is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the Fuqua School of Business. He holds a B.S. from the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. in Economics from Northwestern University.
Professor Vaidya's research interests lie in the fields of microeconomic theory and industrial organization. His recent research studies privacy and robust mechanism design.
Professor Vaidya currently teaches Managerial Economics. He has also taught courses on game theory to undergraduate and Ph.D. students.
Before joining Fuqua, Professor Vaidya's private sector work involved quantifying and pricing investment instruments exposed to natural catastrophe risk.
